Policies and Refunds
Appointments
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
- Arrivals after 15 minutes must reschedule.
No-Shows
- No-shows forfeit the appointment and payment.
Rescheduling
- Each appointment is eligible for a free one time reschedule only.
- Additional reschedules require a new booking.
Guests
- No guests are allowed at appointments under any circumstances.
Refunds (Services)
- Refunds are only available within 24 hours of booking if the appointment has not yet occurred.
- After 24 hours, no refunds are issued; the one-time reschedule applies.
Products
- All product sales are final.
- No refunds or exchanges on products.
Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin conditions, or allergies prior to service. Services may be refused if it is not safe to proceed.
Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with policies or for safety reasons.
Payment / Booking Requirement
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
