Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Kasch Kollectionz Beauty Bar is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
