Refund policy

At Kasch Kollectionz Beauty Bar, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services once booked or completed.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel your appointment, you are allowed one (1) reschedule only, provided you give proper notice. After the one-time reschedule has been used, any additional cancellations or no-shows will result in the full service fee being forfeited.

No-Shows
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in the loss of your payment, and a new appointment will require a new booking and payment.

Service Satisfaction
If you have any concerns during your service, please notify your esthetician at the time of your appointment so adjustments can be made. Once the service is completed, no refunds or credits will be issued.
